Why I created 24/7 Suzie
Two years ago, after my first Dreamforce, I realized our Salesforce instance was a complete mess. 561 custom contact fields, duplicate records everywhere, and a to-do list that kept me up at night. I felt completely overwhelmed and honestly didn't know where to start.
So I built a roadmap. Not because I had some grand plan, but because I needed to get all the chaos out of my head and onto something I could actually see.
